The staff here were amazing, making us feel like part of a family.

the room was a nice size and recently refurbished, had a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. the service was very good, i was offered a great breakfast with delicious sicilian specialties and more rolls, for example.

The location was perfect, close to the center of the old city and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the airport bus stop was also nearby, making it easy to get around. the room was nicely decorated and clean, with very helpful staff. Breakfast was included and a nice touch.

The bathroom floor and shower enclosure were slippery when wet, but towels could be used to prevent slipping.

The breakfasts are fantastic with delicious Sicilian specialties and a good variety of rolls served, and the service is excellent overall!

The hotel is very close to everything you want to visit, including shops and restaurants. It is conveniently located in the center of the old city, making it easy to explore. The staff provides excellent service and is very accommodating. They were even willing to provide an early breakfast upon request. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and some even have a small balcony overlooking the road. Additionally, the bathrooms offer chromotherapy and some have a jacuzzi.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Palermo! The location was perfect, very close to the center of the old city, shops, restaurants, and even the bus to the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and even a small balcony overlooking the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the chromotherapy bathroom. Breakfast was also provided, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The accommodations were fantastic! The room was huge and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. We were thrilled with the location as it was within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during our entire stay.

We really can't think of any negative aspects of our stay! Everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

The room at Residenza Wagner was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The separate bathroom was convenient and had a unique system with buttons to access the bedroom. The location was perfect, close to the city center and easily accessible to bus stops and the port. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel.
